A-Class Fiber King 500 is a water-based, micro-fibre reinforced waterproofing coating for concrete roofs, decks, external walls and metal roofing. The full system uses 1.9 kg/m², so one 20kg pail covers roughly 10.5 m². Available in 1kg, 5kg and 20kg pails, in white or grey.
It is one-component, based on styrene-acrylic copolymers with micro-fibres mixed directly into the formula, and dries into an elastic membrane that stretches with concrete movement. A-Class is the brand of Aik Ta Enterprise Sdn. Bhd., a hardware wholesaler in Semenyih, Selangor since 2005. The product is sold through hardware shops — WhatsApp us for your nearest stockist. Most products sold as “waterproof paint” cure into a thin surface film on the concrete. The problem is that concrete moves. It expands in heat, contracts at night, and over time develops hairline cracks. A hard film layer splits along those cracks, and water gets back in through exactly the same places.
Fiber King 500 carries micro-fibres mixed inside the formula, not scattered on top. As it dries, the fibres form a reinforcing network inside the membrane — the same idea as steel in reinforced concrete. The result is a layer with higher tensile strength that can stretch across fine cracks without breaking. Ask the seller to spread a little on a piece of plastic. Let it dry, then tear it. A micro-fibre reinforced coating stretches and shows fine strands before it parts. Ordinary waterproof paint snaps cleanly.

At a density of 1.0–1.2 g/cm³, two full coats at 0.75 kg/m² each work out to roughly 1.25–1.5 mm wet film across the two coats. That figure is derived from the density on the data sheet, not a published number. Dry film thickness depends on solids content, which the safety data sheet does not state — if your project specification calls for a DFT, WhatsApp us and we will obtain the technical data sheet from the factory.

Fiber King 500 is designed for self-application over surfaces that are still sound. If your roof has structural cracks, concrete spalled to exposed rebar, ponding water that does not drain after rain, or you cannot stand on the roof safely — fix that cause first. Coating over a structural problem only hides it for a while.
Fiber King 500 is not regulated and not classified as dangerous goods for road, sea or air transport. It is a water-based emulsion with no flash point, and the safety data sheet states an explosion will not occur. That is not a reason to handle it without protection — it means shops can store and ship it as ordinary stock.

Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from heat and ignition sources. Do not store next to strong oxidisers, caustics or acids — the data sheet lists all three as incompatible materials. The product is water-based, so do not let pails freeze or sit in direct sun for long periods.
For spills, contain with earth or sand and do not let the material enter drains — the data sheet states leakage will contaminate the environment. Dispose of it according to federal, state and local authority requirements.

Three passes: one primer coat (Fiber King 500 diluted with 10% water at 0.4 kg/m²), then two full coats undiluted at 0.75 kg/m² each. Skipping the primer is the most common cause of failure — that coat is what bonds to the concrete surface.
No. The surface must be dry and free of dust, oil and flaking old paint. Fiber King 500 is water-based; applied over a damp surface, the bond does not form properly.

For bathroom floors and walls over existing tiles, the right product is A-Class No-Hack 221 — a two-component clear coating designed specifically so the tiles do not have to be broken out. Fiber King 500 is for roofs, concrete decks and external walls.
The three most common reasons: the coating went on too thin (below 1.9 kg/m² for the full system), the surface was not cleaned before application, or the real source of the leak is not on the coated surface at all — for example flashing joints, gutter pipes, or structural cracks that need repairing first.
White and grey. White reflects more solar heat, which helps bring down the temperature of the space under a concrete roof.
The A-Class Safety Data Sheet records the product as not regulated and not classified as dangerous goods. Skin contact and ingestion are not expected to be hazardous, and eye contact causes mechanical irritation only. Yes. Section 14 of the Safety Data Sheet states the product is not classified as dangerous goods under international regulations for road, inland waterway, sea and air transport. There is no UN number and no special transport requirement — it ships as general cargo.
The Safety Data Sheet states the material starts to decompose above 150°C. Roof surface temperatures in Malaysia rarely exceed 70°C even at midday, so it sits far below that limit. Note: the decomposition limit is not a fire-resistance rating — if your project requires a fire-resistance grade, ask us for separate documentation before specifying.
