Which coating goes on which surface?

Fiber King 500 — concrete flat roofs, decks, asbestos and metal roofs, external walls. The micro-fibre reinforcement lets the membrane stretch across hairline cracking instead of splitting with it. Full system 1.9 kg/m², so a 20kg pail covers about 10.5 m².
308 Waterproof Adhesive — roofs, walls, bathrooms, kitchens and window sills where the surface must still look the same afterwards. Dries clear. Mould proof and antifouling.
No-Hack 221 — bathroom floors and walls over existing tiles. Two-component kit, Part A 600g plus Part B 300g hardener. Saves the hacking, the disposal and the retiling.

What can a waterproofing coating not fix?

Worth saying at the counter, because it prevents a return: waterproof coatings bridge hairline cracks and seal porous surfaces. They do not repair structural cracking, corroded reinforcement, failed flashing or a broken pipe inside a wall. Where water is coming from one of those, the coating will hide the problem for a season and then the customer is back. Diagnose first, coat second.

What documentation comes with the coatings?

Commercial and industrial jobs ask for a safety data sheet before the material goes on site, and a shop that can produce one the same day keeps the order. The Fiber King 500 safety data sheet is published here in Bahasa Malaysia and can be downloaded and forwarded without asking us first.

It also settles a stocking question. Fiber King 500 is not classified as dangerous goods for road, sea or air transport and carries no UN number, and section 15 records it as not regulated. It ships as general cargo and stores as ordinary stock — cool, dry, ventilated, and not shelved against strong oxidisers, caustics or acids. Sheets for 308 and No-Hack 221 are on request while we obtain them from the factory.

What does Fiber King 500 sell for?

Fiber King 500 is the one A-Class product with a fixed published retail price: RM243.62 for the 20 kg pail, and RM380 for the 20 kg pail bundled with 4 kg of 308 Waterproof Adhesive. That is the same price at a stockist and on the official A-Class Shopee store, so a shop quoting it is not undercutting anyone. At the published full-system rate of 1.9 kg/m² a 20 kg pail covers about 10.5 m², which works out at roughly RM23 per m² in material — against a fibre-reinforced competitor tier surveyed at RM310–RM490 per 20 kg in July–August 2026.

Every other A-Class line, including the 308 Waterproof Adhesive on its own, is wholesale only: prices are not published because they depend on quantity and trade account, so they are quoted per enquiry.
